Who runs GEO
Synaliq GEO is operated by Synaliq in the United States. For privacy requests, email privacy@promptarchitect.site.
What we collect
If you request a public scan, we collect your business name, primary domain, work email, optional category, and any competitor domains you submit. If you create an account, we also store your workspace name, login email, password hash, session cookies, and workspace activity records.
We also process limited technical data needed to operate the service, such as IP-based rate limiting, request timestamps, security logs, and a local theme preference stored in your browser.
Why we use it
- Run the AI visibility scan or workspace features you asked for.
- Deliver reports and account emails.
- Prevent abuse, investigate failures, and secure the service.
- Maintain an audit trail for workspace actions and consent events.
- Send occasional product updates only if you opt in separately.
Who receives it
We use infrastructure and delivery vendors to host the app, send emails, store workspace data, and run scans. Running a report also means sending prompt text to third-party AI systems such as OpenAI, Google, and Perplexity. Your name and email are not included in those AI prompts.
If a public scan is configured to create a sales lead, we may forward the submitted business details and email address to Synaliq's CRM and intake systems so the requested report can be fulfilled.
Retention
Public scan submissions and workspace records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, support customers, maintain security records, and satisfy accounting or legal obligations. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time and we will stop using your email for optional updates.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to our use of your personal data. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Email privacy@promptarchitect.site and we will handle the request through the appropriate workflow.
International transfers
GEO is operated from the United States. If you use it from the UK, EEA, or another jurisdiction, your data may be transferred to the US or other countries where our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards with those processors.
